1\/2 taza de queso fresco (tipo cottage o ricotta). sin grasa.
1 cucharada sopera de leche evaporada sin az\u00facar (la puedes sustituir por agua).
\u00bd taza de cebollitas picadas finamente (pueden ser las verdes o las rojas).
\u00bc taza de zanahoria rallada finamente (no es necesaria la ralladura ya que se va a comer cruda).
